Who We Are

We don’t believe in starting a job by telling you what you need.
Instead, we listen to our customers – each job and each home or business
premises is different, and every client has specific needs or desired
outcomes.

Throughout the work we carry out, we’ll explain what we will be doing and why, so there aren’t any surprises for you. When we come into your house or commercial space, we will aim always to be polite, punctual and respectful.

Wherever we’re working, we’re dedicated to safety, compliance and excellence. In domestic jobs, this means working tidily, and taking into account how you use your house – especially now so many of us have an office at home.

On commercial premises, we’ll always aim to work without getting in the
way of your day-to-day business activities. We’ll also communicate with
you about any reduction in energy supply while we work, so that you can plan accordingly.

Safety, Compliance and Excellence is always our top priorities, for you
and our team.

Our commitment to quality

We’re a different kind of electrician: we’re open and honest about the work we do, and the skills and processes required for each job. We won’t say that a job is finished until we believe it has been completed to the highest possible standard.

We are driven by a desire to do our best, and to us this goes beyond doing the actual job. We believe in clear communication with our customers: whatever we need to do, we’ll discuss with you. We’re always thoroughly professional: our teams are polite, punctual, dressed suitably in our uniforms and we make a point of tidying up after we’ve finished a job.
Our teams are of course all suitably qualified, and experienced contractors work alongside those learning the trade in order to teach best practice.
